Frequently Asked Questions

The questions overseas paper mill buyers ask us most — before, during and after a project. Click any question to expand.

What We Take On

What types of paper mill projects do you handle?

We cover the full build cycle — from a single machine installation to a complete turnkey mill. Our ten service divisions span papermaking equipment supply, plant drawing design, mechanical and electrical installation, process piping, non-standard fabrication, boiler workshop, sewage treatment and sludge recycling.

Typical scopes include new greenfield mills, capacity expansion, paper grade changes and quality improvement programs.

Do you offer turnkey (EPC) delivery?

Yes. Under a turnkey contract we take responsibility from plant drawings and equipment supply through installation, electrical & instrumentation, commissioning and trial production, plus operator training before handover.

You deal with one project contact instead of coordinating several contractors on site.

Can you install equipment we have already purchased?

Yes. A large part of our work is the installation and commissioning of equipment bought directly by the mill from other suppliers — including mechanical erection, process piping, electrical and instrumentation, and start-up assistance.

Can you upgrade or revamp an existing production line?

Yes. Our capacity & quality improvement and production cost reduction services start with a review of your current line, drawing set and operating data. We then propose targeted modifications rather than a full rebuild, so you keep the investment focused where it pays back fastest.

Equipment, Selection & Quotation

What equipment can you supply?

Four main groups:

  • Paper machine & components — headbox, forming section, press section, dryer section, calender, reel and winder
  • Pulping & repulping — pulpers, deflakers, refiners
  • Screening, cleaning & rejects — pressure screens, centrifugal cleaners, reject handling
  • Valves & instruments — process valves, flow / consistency / pressure instrumentation

See the Equipment page for the full breakdown.

Can the equipment be customized to our specifications?

Yes. Equipment is configured to your paper grade, basis weight range, trim width, design speed and furnish. We propose the configuration during technical discussion and confirm the final specification in the contract.

What information do you need to prepare a quotation?

The essentials: paper grade and end product, raw material / furnish, target capacity (t/d), basis weight range (gsm), trim width, design speed, site location and conditions, power and steam supply, and your target timeline.

The fastest way is our Equipment Selection Request form — fill in what you know and we will come back with a technical proposal.

Do you supply spare and wear parts?

We hand over a recommended wear-part list with the delivery and can assist with follow-up spare part procurement, so your maintenance team knows what to keep in stock from day one.

Working With Us Abroad

Do you carry out overseas installation?

Yes. We have delivered projects in Saudi Arabia, Armenia and other markets. For overseas projects we assign English-speaking engineers for on-site installation, commissioning and training, and coordinate visas, travel and site scheduling with the client.

How are shipping and customs handled?

We prepare the technical documents and packing / loading plan for shipment and support the loading process. Import customs clearance is normally handled by the client or their appointed freight agent — we supply whatever documents they require. Tell us your preferred Incoterms and port at enquiry stage.

Do you provide training for our operators?

Yes. Training is delivered in tiers — operating, inspection and maintenance — combining classroom sessions with hands-on work on your own machine. Documentation is provided in English and Chinese, and remote follow-up support continues after start-up.

How do we communicate during the project?

You get a named project contact, regular progress reporting with photos and videos, and direct lines on WhatsApp, email and video calls. Working languages are English and Chinese.

Timeline, Terms & After-Sales

How long does a project take?

It depends on scope, equipment manufacturing lead time and site conditions. We issue a stage plan (design → manufacture → shipping → installation → commissioning) together with the quotation and keep it updated as the project runs.

What are your payment terms?

Payment terms are agreed in the contract, typically by milestone against progress. Bank transfer (T/T) is standard; other arrangements can be discussed at contracting stage.

What after-sales support do you provide?

A warranty period as defined in the contract, engineers on site through commissioning and start-up, and remote technical support afterwards. Long-term maintenance and spares support can be arranged for overseas mills.

Is your documentation available in English?

Yes — drawings, operation & maintenance documentation and training material are provided in English (and Chinese where useful for your local team).
